DLI Potential Participants – A 4 Step Process!

 

Thank you for your prayerful consideration of participating in the 2023-2024 DLI Core Program!  We truly believe that healthy leaders translates to healthy communities!  Consider the following five steps to join:

 

1) Review and Pray.

Connect with a DLI team member and review the Calendar.

2) Complete the Online Application and ensure your two referrals complete the Candidate References page within one week of applying.

3) Await Decision to Take Next Step (Interview)

Decision to follow approximately one week after two references for the participant are received.

4) Select Interview Date/Time

Interview options will be submitted via email.

 

Qualifications:

• Participant should be a regular attender of a local church.

• Participant should have a minimum of two years of ministry leadership experience.

• Participant’s ministry/organization exists in the Denver Metro or surrounding area.
