Denver Leadership Initiative (DLI) is a leadership program focused on building healthy leaders to create healthy ministries and healthy communities.  Through the DLI Core Program, individuals are developed by participating in a 9 month program that addresses spiritual, relational, physical, and practical needs.  Participants ultimately find themselves in a healthier state, and in a better position to lead their ministries.  Our goal is to come alongside the participant's family, ministry leaders, mentors, accountabilty partners, and loved ones in developing their personal leadership development goals.  Please assist us by completing the following reference form for our candidate, so that we may have a better understanding of his/her needs.  Thank you!
